Certified true copies (documents, diplomas, passports): upload a clear PDF or photo and the notary establishes the certified copy — your original never travels. Everything involving YOUR signature requires presence by law.

After your order we contact you within one business day and book the notary — in Crissier or with a partner near you. The file is prepared in advance, so the appointment itself typically takes 10–15 minutes.

Certified copies: 1–2 business days from your upload, same day in express. Appointment services: usually within 2–4 business days depending on the notary’s calendar — express puts you first in line.

Swiss notarial acts are widely accepted; many foreign authorities additionally require an apostille or consular legalization. Add it in the same order — our sister service MyApostille handles that chain.
